I have been working internationally as a consultant and trainer since 2001. My focus is on key account management, building & restructuring sales teams, sales and negotiation techniques, as well as coaching executives. Due to my many years of professional experience and various management activities, as well as various certified qualifications, I am the ideal contact for the personnel development of your company.

My understanding of coaching

The word “coach” originally means carriage and so I accompany my coachees on their carriage journey. It is not about making or assessing specific business decisions. It is about preparing the most important basis for such decisions. After attending various training courses on Coaching, my conviction is that the most important prerequisite for constructive management coaching is not models and methods. But conscious access to all three human centers: the head, the heart and the actions.
Intuitive and reflected knowledge in these areas help me to do this. Practical cognitive knowledge from my own leadership experience enables me to understand topics and problems. Reflected knowledge of the emotional state of executives is just as helpful as reflected knowledge of the most frequent actions and impulses in leadership.
My partner networks
We keep ourselves up-to-date through regular exchanges and complementary skills and styles. Mutual coaching and supervision promote efficiency and the ability to work.

In his workshops, Mr. Fleiter works very pragmatically on the problems of the participants. I
particularly liked the way he identified with Symrise and made our topics his own. The topics developed in the workshops (e.g. value proposition, benefit arguments, handling objections, etc.) were designed with his help to be suitable for implementation as a working document for our toolbox. These ideas and solutions developed by the employees are used gladly and also serve new colleagues as practical aids.
A lot of content was adopted by my employees in their daily work. For me, this is proof of a successful training investment.
